Are Remote Consultations an Option and Are They Effective?
I provide remote consultations, which are frequently preferred as they enable your cat to remain in their comfortable home environment. This approach is particularly effective because cats are inherently territorial, and the presence of an unfamiliar person can introduce additional stressors.
Through a detailed set of assessment questions and a remote video tour of your home, it is possible to evaluate your situation without causing any disruption. I successfully conduct Zoom consultations with cat parents worldwide.
This approach allows me to assess and support cats and their families without introducing an unfamiliar visitor into the home.
Do You Take Insurance Claims for Behaviour Consultations?
Many pet insurance policies include cover for behavioural consultations. but terms vary. Please check your policy or contact your insurer before booking.
Consultations must be paid in full before the appointment. I can then provide a reciept and supporting documentation for you to submit to your insurer when requesting reimbursement, subject to your policy terms and your insurer's approval.
