I provide remote consultations, which are frequently preferred as they enable your cat to remain in their comfortable home environment. This approach is particularly effective because cats are inherently territorial, and the presence of an unfamiliar person can introduce additional stressors. Through a detailed set of assessment questions and a remote video tour of your home, it is possible to evaluate your situation without causing any disruption. I successfully conduct Zoom consultations worldwide in this manner. Do you take insurance claims for behaviour consultations?
Yes, many pet insurance providers include coverage for behavioural consultations. However, it is important to review your specific policy to confirm that you have this benefit. If you opt for the VIP insurance plan, I will communicate directly with your insurance provider and supply the necessary documentation and receipts. These can then be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement, should they cover behavioural services.
