This plan includes a video home assessment, making it perfect for new cat parents or households adding a new cat to prevent potential behavioural issues in a multi-cat home.
Just so you know, this plan focuses solely on environmental enrichment and home set-up and does not include consultation on specific cat behaviours.

The Cat Behaviour First Steps plan is a 30-minute video or phone consultation designed to help with early-stage or minor behavioural concerns.
Perfect for new behaviours that can be addressed with caregiver guidance, this session provides practical, easy-to-implement strategies to prevent minor issues from escalating. No vet referral is required, making it a convenient first step to support your cat's wellbeing and strengthen your bond

Cat Behaviour Deep Dive
The Cat Behaviour Deep Dive plan is a one-hour Zoom consultation ( can be split into two 30-minute sessions if appropriate) designed to provide in-depth guidance on acute cat behaviour issues. Before the session, I obtain a vet referral and clinical history, and you complete a tailored questionnaire to capture the specific challenges you're facing with your cat.
During the consultation, I offer practical strategies, expert insights, and personalised advice, and the session can be recorded for future reference. Afterwards, you'll receive supportive educational materials to help you implement changes and understand your cat's behaviour fully.

Cat Behaviour Complete
The Cat Behaviour Complete plan is a comprehensive cat behaviour consultation package designed to tackle complex or chronic cat behaviour issues. I will obtain a detailed questionnaire, vet referral, and clinical history, and review a video tour of your cat's environment. The plan includes a one-hour Zoom first-stage management consultation covering behaviour management and environmental strategies to address your cat's specific challenges. You'll also receive personalised takeaway guidance and supportive educational files to implement positive changes at home.
This plan provides three months of ongoing cat behaviour support, including;
Scheduled follow-up Zoom or voice calls three to four weeks apart or as needed.

Guidance to embed your behaviour modification plan, monitor progress and address any setbacks
In the process, I work alongside your vet as needed, making sure your cats' well-being and safety are fully supported.

Cat Behaviour Ultimate
The Cat Behaviour Ultimate VIP consultation package is ideal for clients experiencing chronic or severe behavioural challenges, as well as those claiming via pet insurance. This all-inclusive plan provides comprehensive assessment, personalised behaviour modification, and six months of ongoing support to ensure lasting results for you and your cat.
Before the consultation, I gather a detailed, in-depth questionnaire, vet referral, and clinical history, and review a video tour of your cats' environment to assess enrichment, safety, and multispecies considerations. This ensures a holistic approach that considers all cats and other pets in your household.
The plan includes a Zoom call (typically 1-1,5 hours), with takeaway points delivered within 48 hours to guide immediate behaviour management.
You'll also receive supportive educational resources tailored to your cat's needs.
Six months of vip follow-up support includes;
- Scheduled video calls to monitor progress and implement your behaviour modification plan
- Vip messaging support Monday to Saturday for ongoing guidance
- Adjustments to the plan as needed to manage setbacks or changes
- Liaison with your vet practice throughout the process
- Assistance with the pet insurance claim form support
